Interested in Yoga, but not sure where to begin? Join Yoga Foundations starting September 10. In this 8 week session you'll learn everything you need to get on the path to yoga. Each class provides practice in healthy moving, breathing, sitting, standing and relaxation. It’s perfect for the new beginner or anyone wanting a refresher in the basics. Participants will leave with a strong foundation in yoga and feel comfortable joining any yoga basics class. You'll feel good and have fun too!
